Merry Christmas everyone! Hope you guys have a great day! Hope Santa brought some good stuff. But most importantly, hope you all get a chance to think about the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ! This week was super good! It was kind of a grind because a lot of people would just say that they were traveling and so it was hard to find some new people, but we managed to find some really good people! We walked a lot and have been talking to a lot of people. We were able to get 2 people to church this week! It was awesome because it was just kind of a random contact that we did on Saturday, but they were super willing and ready to go! The Lord has really been helping the boys out here in São Miguel. We've been having some really good lessons and it's been awesome to feel the spirit in these lessons. I got to on an exchange this week with my boy Elder Cook and he's awesome. Hey guys this email is gonna be really quick because I don't really have much to talk about.   This week has been pretty good and we got a lot of good work done, but it felt kind of long. We're not having a ton of success just yet, butwe're hoping to progress with a lot of people. Just need to have patience and faith that it'll all work out. I've really enjoyed the opportunity to train and learn so much more about being a missionary. It had helped me to become a lot better and has really helped me with my portuguese as well which has been so clutch. One thing that I loved this week was that I had the opportunity to think about gratitude a lot. I'm so grateful for everything in my life and each one of you! But I'm also so grateful for my Savior Jesus Christ. I had to recenter my focus a lot on him this week, acting like him, and helping people like him. Hey everyone! Hope you guys have had a great week and that you're all doing well.  This last week has been kinda crazy trying to figure out how to train but I think I've gotten it down kind of. Me and my trainee are learning together but it's really going well. Training is wild though, lots of responsibilities, but it's been flying by. I've really enjoyed it and think it'll work out well. My trainee is from São Paolo and he's pretty funny. He's trying to learn English so I help with English and he helps with portuguese. But its pretty funny cause sometimes I'll mess with him in English and he'll get mad but in English and it doesn't really make sense. But he really has been awesome and came to the mission really prepared which has been such a blessing.  This new area is pretty sick too.
